I came to Jerry knowing that I needed to change my workout routine and improve my overall health, but I didn’t have much time throughout the week to do it in. So far, I am really happy with the results that I’ve already seen. If you’re considering hiring Jerry for a personal trainer, there’s a few things I’d like to tell you. I’ve been fit for most of my life (through effort NOT nature!) but being over 40 and having a couple surgeries in 6 months really put me off my game and the 15 lbs I’d gained just weren’t moving. I had just lost my motivation. I had considered a trainer in the past but every time I put feelers out I was disappointed with the responses.
